Booking an artist

What is ArtZee?

ArtZee helps you find and book trusted hairstyling, makeup and grooming artists near you. Every service on an artist's profile is verified from their real work.

How do I find artists near me?

Allow location when you open ArtZee, or search your area by name. You will see artists closest to you first, with their distance, services and prices.

Do artists offer home service?

Many do. Artists who come to your home show a home service label on their profile and in search results.

What is an appointment code?

After you book, you get a unique code. Share it with your artist when you meet them, and use "Check Appointment Code" at the bottom of the site to see your booking.

Where can I see my bookings?

Sign in and open My Orders from the top of the home page to see every booking and its status.

Joining as an artist

Is ArtZee free to join?

Yes. Artist registration is free. You can sign up, choose your skills and start getting verified at no cost.

How do I get a skill verified?

Perform the skill on a real client, post an Instagram reel showing the before and after, tag ArtZee in the caption, and paste the reel link in your dashboard. Our team reviews it and marks it verified.

How long does verification take?

When Instagram allows, the reel is checked automatically. Otherwise our team reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Who can join?

Anyone with real styling skills: home-based beauty artists, existing stylists, students and beginners who can perform on real clients.

What are the badge levels?

You earn Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert badges as you verify more skills. Higher levels make you more visible to customers.

Trainings and courses

Can I learn beauty skills on ArtZee?

Yes. Verified artists run hands-on trainings in hairstyling, makeup and grooming. Some are free and some are paid.

Why does a training say "Unavailable right now"?

It means no artist near your selected area is running that training at the moment. Try another area or check back later.

How do I join a training?

Open a training, pick an artist near you, choose your mode and generate your training pass. Show the pass to the artist when you attend.

B4GLOW and privacy

What is B4GLOW?

B4GLOW is ArtZee's free selfie analysis tool. It reads your face shape, skin, hair and scalp, and suggests haircuts and colours that suit you.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. B4GLOW analyses your selfie on your own device, so your photos stay on your phone.

Why does ArtZee ask for my location?

Only to show artists near you and their distance. You can always search your area by name instead.

Payments and refunds

How do I pay?

Paid bookings and trainings are paid securely online with UPI, cards or net banking.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which you can read from the Legal links at the bottom of every page.
